Material Selection
We source the finest silica sand, grading each batch for uniform particle size. Only sand meeting our exacting standards proceeds to calibration.
Precision Engineering
Custom stepper motors, calibrated to micron-level accuracy, control the magnetic sphere beneath the sand. Each motor is hand-tested for 100 hours.
Algorithm Design
Our proprietary algorithms generate patterns that evolve infinitely. Mathematical models ensure no two moments are identical, ever.
Assembly & Calibration
Each unit is hand-assembled and calibrated over 48 hours. Final quality checks verify motion accuracy, noise levels, and visual harmony.
