Shipping Details
Every Tarang is carefully packaged in custom protective casing designed specifically for our products. Our white-glove delivery service ensures your piece arrives in perfect condition.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
International orders: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tarang. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy.
30-Day Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Original Packaging
Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Tarang arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@tarang.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
